IRB 鼓励通过 MyTax 的 eWHT 提交预扣税。以下是有关如何使用电子预扣税 (eWHT) 在马来西亚支付 Google Ads 预扣税的指南。

如何缴付 Google Ads Withholding Tax

1. 访问 https://mytax.hasil.gov.my 并登录您的帐户。

2. 从目录中选择“e-WHT”。

3. 选择“CP37”并勾选 CP37。

4. 在“Particulars of Payer”部分，输入您的信息。

为什么缴纳海外广告8%的预扣税？

由于马来西亚和新加坡之间签署了避免双重征税协议 (DTA)，马来西亚 Google Ads 的预扣税率为 8%。避免双重征税协议是两国之间达成的一项协议，旨在减少或消除一国居民在另一个国家赚取的收入的双重征税。

特许权使用费是使用无形财产（如版权、商标和专利）而支付的费用。就 Google Ads 而言，马来西亚广告商向 Google 支付使用其广告平台的费用。这被视为版权费，因此适用 8% 的预扣税率。

如果没有 DTA，预扣税率将为 10%，这是对非居民付款的预扣税的默认税率。

7. 提交表格前请仔细检查所有信息。

8. Generate bill number（账单号生成后不允许更新。请确保所有信息准确无误）。

9. 通过 ByrHASIL 选项在线支付。

10. 保留准确的付款收据记录。请记住，预扣税必须在您支付 Google Ads 之日起一个月内支付。
