This outline ensures that TREEY®'s new customers understand the operational framework, financial obligations, and communication protocols necessary for a successful collaboration on Google Ads campaigns.
Step 1: Accept the Google Ads Invitation
Check the Gmail inbox for the email address you gave us for this invitation. Click Accept Invitation. When asked to log in, make sure you log in using the same Gmail address the invitation was sent to. Logging in with a different Google account will not work and the invitation will not show up.

Step 2: Set Up Your Payments Profile
Set Profile type to Organisation for all company accounts.
Enter Organisation name and Legal name exactly as on your SSM certificate, character for character, including dots (for example, Sdn. Bhd. with dots, if that is how SSM shows it).
Mismatch here, even something as small as a missing dot, can cause suspension later when Google compares this against your SSM certificate during advertiser verification. Check side by side against your certificate before submitting.

Step 3: Credit Card Verification (only if Google requests it)
Note: Not every client will see this step. Google only triggers card verification in some cases, for example a new card, unusual activity, or a first time payment method. If your card is accepted immediately, you can skip ahead to Step 4.
3.1: Initiate Card Verification

When adding or updating a payment method, the system will prompt you to "Verify your card to keep it secure". You must click the "Get code" button to authorize Google to send a temporary charge to your credit card.
3.2: Retrieve and Enter the Code

Once the temporary charge is sent, you must check your card's transaction (some banking smartphone app will pop up the code immediately). Find the charge from Google and locate the 6-digit code next to the identifier, such as 'GOOGLE*NFX'. Enter this 6-digit code into the provided field to verify the card.
3.3: Handle Code Sending Failures

Occasionally, the system cannot successfully send the temporary charge to your bank, resulting in an "Unable to send code" error. If this happens, the system advises that you can either keep waiting to see if it appears in upcoming credit card's bank statement or select a different payment method to proceed with your transaction.
3.4: Manual Document Verification

If the automated code method fails, Google requires a manual verification process. You will be asked to complete the following:
- Upload a clear photo or copy of your credit card.
- Upload a photo of a valid government-issued photo ID, ensuring the name perfectly matches the name on the card.
- Provide any additional context in the optional details box (e.g., if you are traveling or using shared devices) before hitting "Submit".
Step 4: Advertiser Verification, Organisation Information
The information that you provide is used to improve Google's verification services for Google products and protect against fraud and abuse.

- Submit your SSM registration document that shows your organisation's name and address.

Step 5: Advertiser Verification, Authorised Representative
- Submit front and back of your driving licence, with all four corners visible in each image.

- Scan QR code provided by Google and take the selfie.

Step 6: Remove Your Own Access
Once every step above is complete and your campaigns are live, you will remove your own access to keep the account solely under TREEY's control, as agreed in our onboarding terms.
Go to Admin > Access and security > Users
Find your own email in the list. In the Actions column next to your name, click Remove access. Confirm the removal when prompted.
This action is immediate. Once confirmed, you will no longer be able to view or edit the account. TREEY will retain full Admin access.
General Policies and Terms
These terms govern our working relationship, from launch through to renewal, pause, or exit. They apply throughout the engagement.
A. Account Management
Account Access
To protect TREEY®'s proprietary settings, clients won't have account access. Our backend strategies are what rank your ads top. These stay confidential.
Ignore Google Manager Calls & Emails
Calls from 03 7712 XXXX or emails from so called "Google Ads Managers" (e.g. xxx@google.com) are unsolicited. TREEY® never shares your contact. Do not reply, approve, or engage directly. Forward anything you receive to us. Their real agenda? Pushing you to overspend without realizing it.
MOA Requirement
Clients in sensitive sectors (health, beauty, tech support, etc.) must sign an MOA before launch to ensure full compliance with Google's ad policies.
B. Billing & Payment
Reports & Invoices
You'll receive monthly reports, Google Ads tax invoices, and billing receipts in the first week of each month. TREEY® invoices must be paid within 3 days.
Payment Terms
Google Ads uses postpaid billing, charging your credit card once hit thresholds: RM50, RM200, RM800, RM1200, RM2000. Once RM2000 is consistent, that becomes your ongoing billing point.
Bank Authorization
Some banks block Google Ads transactions due to international charges. Be ready to call your bank to approve transactions or ads may pause.
C. Service Term, Pause & Industry Quota
Industry Quota
TREEY® accepts a maximum of 2 clients per industry. Your slot is reserved for your paid service term only.
Service Term
Your service term starts on the day your ads first serve and runs one month to the day before the same date the following month, regardless of whether that month has 28, 30, or 31 days. Example: ads live 18 August, term ends 17 September.
Pause & Priority Hold
If you choose to pause Google Ads at the end of a term, no TREEY® invoice is issued and your Google Ads stop. TREEY® holds your industry slot for 7 days from the term end date as a courtesy, once per client.
Resuming
To resume, notify TREEY® within the 7 day hold. A new invoice is issued and must be paid within 3 days. Your new term starts on the day ads resume serving and runs one month from that date. Example: ads resume 27 September, term ends 26 October.
Releasing the Slot
If you do not resume within the 7 day hold, the slot is released to the public again. Restarting afterwards is subject to availability and current pricing.
D. Refunds
No Refund Policy
All fees are non refundable once paid. No refund, credit, or extension applies if the campaign is paused, delayed, suspended, or terminated within the service period. This includes Google Ads advertiser verification and review time, disapprovals, appeals, resubmissions, client requested pauses, card or bank payment failures, extended public holidays, and any other event outside TREEY®'s control. Our fee covers strategy, setup, and management, not the number of days ads are live.
Ad Spend
Any unspent balance stays in your Google Ads account and is subject to Google's own refund process. TREEY® does not hold or refund your ad spend.
