Do I still need a sales team?

Where does the RM2,500 go?

What happens after I pay?
You pay RM1,800 + SST to confirm the order. The RM2,500 ad budget is charged by Google to your card only when your ads go live. Then email us (to support@treey.my) your company profile, products and services, photos and any price lists, and your existing website if you have one. We start right away and deliver your website as fast as we can. Your ads go live right after it launches.
9–5 or 24/7?
Your call. Pick the hours your buyers search and your team can reply. 24/7 spreads the same budget across more hours, so each hour gets less. If you want round-the-clock coverage, we recommend a bigger budget.
Klang Valley or nationwide?
Also your call. Klang Valley focuses every ringgit where you can deliver or visit. Nationwide reaches more buyers but spreads the budget thinner. We advise based on where your best customers come from.
What KPI does my rep get?
Same as any new hire: 3 months probation first. Once real data comes in, we set KPIs from your click-to-lead and lead-to-sale rates. Example: a hygiene service gets 1 lead per 4 clicks and 1 booking per 3 leads. KPIs built on your own numbers are ones you can actually hold us to.
Who owns the website?
TREEY designs, hosts and owns it. Hosting, security and maintenance are included, so there is nothing to renew or chase. SEO work is not included.
Who owns the domain?
TREEY. The domain is not for sale and cannot be transferred. Prefer to use your own domain? You can, but the price stays the same. There is no discount for bringing your own.
Can I log in to the ads account?
No. TREEY runs it for you, the way a sales manager runs the team. You get a full monthly report: spend, clicks, enquiries, and auction insights showing which competitors bid against you and how often you beat them.
What if I stop Google Ads?
You choose: keep the website running at RM300 a month for hosting, maintenance and updates, or end it. Just let us know.
