Getting Started with Google Ads: TREEY®'s New Customer Guide
This outline ensures that TREEY®'s new customers understand the operational framework, financial obligations, and communication protocols necessary for a successful collaboration on Google Ads campaigns.
- Card & SSM Submission: Send your email address via WhatsApp to receive temporary Google Ads access. You’ll enter your credit card directly—access will be revoked after. Submit your SSM cert for advertiser verification.
- Account Access: To protect TREEY®'s proprietary settings, clients won’t have account access. Our backend strategies are what rank your ads top—these stay confidential.
- Ignore Google Manager Calls & Emails: Calls from 03-7712-XXXX or emails from so-called “Google Ads Managers” (e.g. xxx@google.com) are unsolicited. TREEY® never shares your contact. Do not reply, approve, or engage. Their real agenda? Pushing you to overspend without realizing it.
- Reports & Invoices: You’ll receive monthly reports, Google Ads tax invoices, and billing receipts in the first week of each month. Invoices must be paid within 7 days.
- Payment Terms: Google Ads uses postpaid billing, charging once you hit thresholds: RM50, RM200, RM800, RM1200, RM2000. Once RM2000 is consistent, that becomes your ongoing billing point.
- Bank Authorization: Some banks block international charges. Be ready to call your bank to approve transactions or ads may pause.
- MOA Requirement: Clients in sensitive sectors (health, beauty, tech support, etc.) must sign an MOA before launch to ensure full compliance with Google’s ad policies.
