Shopify Website Maintenance - GA4 Setup & Connection

RM500.00

Struggling to get Google Analytics 4 (GA4) linked to your Shopify store? Many DIY store owners find the setup confusing. We handle the STANDARD connection professionally so you get accurate data right away. No guesswork, no broken tracking, and no risking double-counting events.

Shopify & GA4 Setup & Connection Services

(Price: RM500 per request)

  • Standard setup of GA4 tracking on your Shopify store
  • Creation or verification of your GA4 property and data stream
  • Enabling enhanced ecommerce tracking (automatic events: page_view, view_item, add_to_cart, begin_checkout, add_payment_info, purchase, etc.)
  • Basic verification: We check real-time reports and test events to confirm data is flowing correctly

Important Note: This is for standard GA4 connection and basic ecommerce tracking via the official app (covers 90%+ of needs for most stores). If you need advanced custom events, Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup, or migration from old Universal Analytics with complex fixes, let us know upfront so we can quote separately or recommend if it's out of this scope (with refund option if not a fit).

Shopify & GA4 – Step-by-Step Process

1. Grant Us Secure Collaborator Access

  • To perform troubleshooting and fixes, we need temporary access to your Shopify admin. We use Shopify's official Collaborator accounts — the secure, recommended way for Certified Shopify Partners like us to access stores without using your password or counting against your staff limits.

2. We Get to Work

  • We'll start diagnosing and fixing right away, keep you updated on progress (especially for anything unexpected), and aim to complete most fixes in 1–3 business days (depending on complexity and our current queue).

3. Delivery & Wrap-Up

  • We'll contact you when done.
  • We'll remove our access after confirmation.
  • For security: Change your collaborator code anytime via Settings > Users > Security to invalidate old ones.

This process keeps everything secure, transparent, and compliant with Shopify's guidelines. No passwords are ever shared!
