• Login https://mytax.hasil.gov.my
• Select e-TT in ezHasil Services (Please refer to the footer of this webpage for the latest e-WHT payment methods.)
• Click on the blue link labeled "Electronic Telegraphic Transfer" to proceed

• Click "Next"

• Complete the required fields, and after doing so, a pop-up message will appear. Please follow the instructions provided in the pop-up to proceed.

• Once your email has been verified with the OTP, you will be prompted to fill in the required information. Please select "Withholding Tax" and choose "S109" if your payment is for overseas digital advertisements, including Google and Facebook.
  
  
• For the Payer Info, enter the 11 digits of your income tax number followed by a zero "0". Once entered correctly, the name in the "Autofill" column will automatically update to display your name or your company's name.

• Google's income tax number: 24921924070. Address: 70 Pasir Panjang Rd, #03-71 Mapletree Business City II, Singapore 117371. 
• Facebook's income tax number: 23548671100. Address: 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

• After entering the payment details, please review the submission information by clicking the "Next" button. Once the submission is complete, you will receive the e-TT verification slip, which includes payment instructions, via email.

Pay Withholding Tax with Bank Transfer Method

• Choose Transfer option in your banking account and select CIMB BANK BERHAD.

• Complete the fields using the information provided on the e-TT verification slip.

On the day of the transaction, please email the following documents to whtoperasi@hasil.gov.my:

1. The completed CP37 payment form.
2. A copy of the invoice for Google/Facebook ads.
3. A copy of the proof of payment to the vendor, such as a telegraphic transfer or bank statement.
4. The Virtual Account Number (VA).
5. A copy of the proof showing payment has been credited into the LHDNM account at CIMB.

Ensure you send these documents promptly to the specified email address to successfully complete the transaction process and meet all necessary compliance requirements.
