This method of submitting and paying Withholding Tax online (for digital advertisement expenses including Google/Facebook ads) is our current practice, but it has not been verified officially by the authority.

• Login https://mytax.hasil.gov.my
• Select e-TT in ezHasil Services
• Click the blue phrase "Electronic Telegraphic Transfer" to proceed

• Click "Next"

• Fill in the blanks, and once you do, you should see this pop-up message. Please proceed accordingly.

• Once your email is verified with OTP, you'll be prompted to fill in these blanks. Please select "withholding tax" and "S109" if you're paying for overseas digital ads, including Google and Facebook.
  
  
• For Payer info, just enter the 11 digits of your income tax number followed by a zero "0" right behind it. Once entered correctly, the name of the "Autofill" column will change to your name/your company name immediately. 

• For Payee info, Google's income tax number: 24921924070. Address: 70 Pasir Panjang Rd, #03-71 Mapletree Business City II, Singapore 117371. 
• Facebook's income tax number: 23548671100. Address: 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

• Once you have completed the payment details, double-check the submission information after clicking the next button.
• After the submission is completed, you should receive the e-tt verification slip with payment instructions via email.

Pay Withholding Tax with Bank Transfer Method

• Choose Transfer option in your banking account and select CIMB BANK BERHAD.

• Fill out the information given in the generated e-TT verification slip.

Last but not least, the following documents must be submitted by e-mail to whtoperasi@hasil.gov.my on the day of the transaction:

1. Completed payment form CP37.
2. Copy of Google/Facebook ads invoice.
3. Copy proof of payment to the Payee (vendor) such as telegraphic transfer and bank statement.
4. Virtual Account No. (VA)
5. Copy of proof of payment has been credited into CIMB of LHDNM account.

Make sure to send these documents promptly to the provided email address to complete the transaction process successfully and comply with the necessary requirements.
